Ironbridge Equity Partners invests in Garant Bros Drilling LP

(Toronto, October 2, 2006) Ironbridge Equity Partners Inc. ("Ironbridge") announces that it has made an investment in Garant Bros Drilling LP ("Garant"). This is the first investment made through its recently closed fund, Ironbridge Equity Partners I, LP.
Garant is located in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, and is one of Canada’s leading contractors of underground diamond drilling services for the mining industry. The company offers coring, reaming and cementing services, as well as other related work, primarily to top-tier multinational mining customers in northwestern Quebec and northeastern Ontario. The Company’s clients are typically involved in the production of copper, zinc and gold.
