Ironbridge Equity Partners completes first closing of Fund II

(Toronto, January 15, 2008) Ironbridge Equity Partners Limited (“Ironbridge”) announces the first closing of its second private equity fund, Ironbridge Equity Partners II, LP (“Fund II”) and its partnership with Compass Group Management, LLC (“Compass”).

Compass manages investments on behalf of Compass Group Investments, Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of the Kattegat Trust, whose sole beneficiaries are philanthropic entities. Since 1998, Compass, on behalf of Kattegat, has invested successfully in a broad range of leading private equity funds and outstanding emerging managers around the world.
