Alan G. Sellery

Al co-founded Ironbridge Equity in September, 2005. Prior to Ironbridge Equity, from 2003 - 2005, he was a Partner in the Equity Fund at EdgeStone Capital Partners, one of Canada's leading middle-market private equity groups. From 1993 - 2002, he was the President / CEO or senior manager leading a series of portfolio companies primarily for private equity investors including Grocery Gateway Inc., Canada Bread Company Ltd., Blocksom & Company and SteelWorks. From 1987 - 1991, he worked for Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm.

Al holds an Honours Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and a MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and a John L. Loeb Fellow in Finance.

Peter Dowse

Peter joined Ironbridge Equity in August, 2006. Prior to Ironbridge Equity, from 2003 - 2006, he was a Vice President in the Equity Fund at EdgeStone Capital Partners, one of Canada's leading middle-market private equity groups. From 2000 - 2003, he held the position of Director of Finance and International Strategy at Borderfree Inc., a Toronto-based logistics software developer. From 1996 - 2000, Peter was a consultant at Monitor Company where he worked on a broad range of assignments including corporate strategy, corporate governance, valuation and post-merger integration in North America and Europe.

Peter holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Queen's University and the CFA designation.
