Ironbridge Equity Partners completes partnership with Veradek Inc.

(Toronto – December 1, 2025) Ironbridge Equity Partners (“Ironbridge”) of Toronto, Ontario, is pleased to announce that they have acquired a controlling interest in Veradek Inc. (“Veradek” or the “Company”) in partnership with the existing CEO and co-founder Dan Greenberg.

Veradek, based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is a leading branded supplier of outdoor décor products. Through its network of manufacturing and fulfillment facilities, the Company supplies planters, side tables, deck boxes, waste bins, and other décor items for the e-commerce and retail channels throughout Canada and the United States.
